Miramar Beach

By

Date: January 3rd, Friday (Evening)

Our evening began with a quick snack stop at Cremeux before heading to Miramar Beach. As always, Arjun was his charming self, trying to make friends with a little girl at the café. However, the girl seemed too engrossed with her parents to reciprocate his attention.

This spring horse reminded me so much of the time spent in the park at Friedrichshafen.

At the beach, Arjun wasn’t a fan of the heavy wind—it made him cry incessantly. He even refused to touch the water, likely intimidated by the dark waves. Despite this, he found joy in the simplest moment: the walk back to our parked car. I perched him on my shoulders, and we danced our way back, turning his tears into giggles.

On our way, we noticed a stunning mosaic mural. Ambica and I have always been fascinated by broken-tile artwork. Incidentally, the café we stopped at also featured similar designs. It sparked an idea—we’re now considering incorporating mosaic art into our terrace wall, possibly with some creative seating arrangements.

Though the beach visit didn’t go as planned, the evening turned out to be lovely and memorable in its own way!
